To convert hours to days, divide by 24. To find full days and leftover hours, use the floor: full days = ⌊hours ÷ 24⌋, remaining hours = hours − (full days × 24). 24 h = 1 day; 48 h = 2 days; 168 h = 7 days (1 week).
