The Service is provided free of charge. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the total amount you have paid us to use the Service, which is zero (US $0.00). Changes & acceptance

We may change, suspend or remove any tool or content, and may update this disclaimer, at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the then-current disclaimer. If any part of this disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full force and the unenforceable part will be limited to the minimum extent necessary. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service.
